Comments: Great fast run. I really pushed and set a new PR. I knew I had a chance when I got the 2 mile split. I felt really good and legs felt great. I even had enough at the end to stride out and pass 5 or 6. Mile 2 - 16:24 Mile 3 - 7:43 Mile 4 - 7:46 Mile 5 - 7:47 Mile 6 - 7:39 Last .2 - 1:27 WOW speed work is really paying off. I just need to keep it up and I would be ready for the tri season What would you do differently?: NOTHING. maybe not pull so hard on my speed laces Post race
Warm down: Walked back to the car and headed up to school for treatment Event comments: Senior Bowl puts on a great race. Good Job guys Last updated: 2007-10-30 12:00 AM

Broke the Speed laces so had to go with regular laces
Was late getting over to the site because of kids/wife/ and I broke my speed laces. I got there at 8:22 and the race started at 8:30! I sprinted from the Holiday Inn to the start line (maybe .25 mile)
