exceeded my expectations. Not a bad performance, considering my plantar fasciitus woes for the past 18 mos. Thankfully, I'm past the PF issues for now. All of my hill work and tempo runs have paid off.

who knows, I didn't wear a HRM. at the 3 mile point, I felt my breathing settle down and I hit my comfort zone, which is normal for me. regardless of whether I'm racing or not, the 3 mile point is usually were I settle in and get comfortable.
Course: Hall at the start and hill at the finish, flat in the middle. Headwind at turn around point.
