Started a Wildflower 2008 thread on the general board (triathlon talk), I know there are BTers out there who don't have access to the California portion of the site that will be participating.

Good times, great weather this year.  Set my PR for the course so it was a success.  Did somebody see me on the run?  It was actually my brother who was wearing the same kit as I was, someone said "you must be Peter!" to him on the run.

I loved the race. This was my first Wildflower. I was extremely happy to break 3 hours. Great day!

My race report is out.

Just got back home about 30 minutes ago.

What an experience!!! This was one of the best weekends/trips I have had in my life, everything about it was awesome. My goal was to break 6 hours on the long course and I snuck i in at 5:57:26, woo-hoo!!!!

I will try to write up my race report tomorrow, might take a bit though as i have a lot to say!

Hey, goals are good!

(Start working those hills early to beat the rush...)

I'm pretty sure I'll be in for the long course next year and I think my wife might do the oly...assuming she doesn't swear off the oly distance after her first one this June, that is.

Wildflower was a ton of fun, 2:33 in the Olympic. I'm pretty happy with that! Was anyone else thrown off by the kilometer markers or am I just retarded? I was sure running some super fast MILES(oops).
