Does anyone have a yoga DVD they love?  I'm looking for something with some good stretching poses and some strength...a nice balance.  Any recommendations?

This is a great and timely thread as now that my season ended today (my last race was this morning), I am starting my off-season training which means Yoga. Having never done Yoga before, I need something for beginners.

Check out the above link.  You can join up and try out several different instructors and yoga styles to see what suits you best.  Three months membership for the price of one or two lessons, seems like a good deal to me.
