Hey Fraggle:

Nice job on the race this weekend. That's an excellent time. I am working my way up to a 10K in December....Best of luck with your training. Also, I read somewhere on one of your posts that you are a doctor...my boyfriend of 4 yrs is in his 2nd year of Med school- looking to be an orthopedic surgeon possibly...so that's great you have time to do tri's and have a great career. I will tell him he can still have a life too!
