At breakfast at 6:00 AM. oatmeal with peanut butter, banana, 1/2 bagel.
Event warmup:

Ran about 1 mile in zone 2 to get HR up for race start.

wanted to break 40 minutes but just didnt have it today. Chest cold probably slowed me down a touch.

Next chance to break 40 is New Years Day.

Nothing I dont think. I was above LT so effort was not the problem. This was all I had today.
