I am very glad with the low 8 min/mile pace. Was a bit hot, train harder.

Did pretty well, had been at sea level for three weeks.

Where were you bum?? Too bad you could not make it.

I grabbed a hot chocolate and a croissant and jumped into my car. I expected that the fast boyz, like Mark and Dime had already left for warmer venues. Looking forward to meet you all next time.
