Pre-race routine:

Got up shoveled a bit , threw the gear on had a spoon of PB. Met djdavey at the house and drove to the event

not enough, a quick jog at the start

Cols at the start , went out a bit too fast, face was cold, never found a good groove.

Warm down:

grabbed some gatorade and water they had, welcomed the walkers back

What limited your ability to perform faster:

course-I went very slow on the icy portions

The start was not very organized (see djdavey post)
