Um...last minute notice that I was going to be able to race tonight so I had already run and done a little core/leg work
Event warmup:

20 mins of spin, cadence around 90 on small chain ring

Comments:

Ouch....tough course. 3 out of 5 tonight but felt strong despite my legs being a little tired. Had the highest avg wattage in a group of strong riders

I feel like I'm learning a lot from these races. I really like having the feedback of cadence and power. I think its making me a better rider. If I can just continue to improve the engine and improve my pedaling efficiency.
