First timed run in 11 years. Also first run in 10 years of smoking. Did not have to stop, just slow while fighting for air.

No training, should have had at least 2 to 3 weeks to prepare

Smoking a big factor / also no training

Event comments:

Race was put together very well. Very enjoyable.
