I second Sports Shield. Body glade = chaffling and sport shield = great for me. I chaffee if I miss a spot though.

Compression shorts and no underwear help alot also.

I found if I get Chaffeed Gold bond ulimate healing hurts really bad but its been my fastest way to recover from chaffeing.

For my long cycling rides, I've started trying Qoleum Antifriction.  (Received as a gift, on advice of some LBS riders she knows.)  I hadn't heard of it before, but it is fantastic stuff.  I really like that, in addition to being an excellent antifriction cream, it is also antibacterial.

I recently had problems with this. Training for a marathon and each long run would get chafed. My nips were bloody by the end of each long run. (No nice way to put that I guess ). They would heal in a week but now I'm running so much they can't heal. So I bought the body glide and it worked for chafing. I had to put bandaids on the nips until they healed and have been ok with the body glide since. Maybe I should buy a sports bra?
