Comments:

Rolling hills. about 1/3 on bike paths which were nice. Quads moderately sore from downhill running. Liked the course

PR by about 30 seconds.

Saw Dona and Tom McBride which was nice and Sherrie Phillips. Suzie went along for moral support and photos.

Started near front and lots of people passed me. I only passed a couple. Still felt like good effort and ran at proper heart rate.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not much. Was about as about a good a race as I could run at this point.

Well run. Nice long sleeve cotton T shirt and Tech Santa Socks
