I've used Powerade, Gatorade etc...

But I LOVE Endura.  The magnesium in it really helps with muscle cramps after big events or a long training session.

For training and races, I just use good old fashioned Gatorade. I did try Gatorade Endurance in a race once and got sick. Of course, could have been the unrelenting hill climbs, not the drink, that made me sick.

For recovery, it's all about Endurox. I love the fruit punch, but avoid the lemon lime. That stuff is nasty!

Since switching to Nuun, I have never trained with plain water and my gatorade bottles are collecting dust.  You take a tube with you on a long ride and just drop it into the water bottle.  Not sticky for when the AeroDrink splashes and doesn't have that nasty aftertaste.

x2.  Dan got me turned on to Nuun and I love it!  No sickly sweet feeling in the back of your throat like Gatorade.  It's light, tastes good, and has a lot fewer calories than a lot of the other energy drinks.  I even drink it sometimes when I am not training.

We switched to Advocare.  Did great with Rehydrate on the bike at two Olympics this year.  Good source of electrolytes.

Also LOVE the Post-Workout Recovery.  Eliminated a lot of issues of feeling 'torn down' the day after.

This was a switch from Hammer Products.  We were both experiencing gas and cramping.  Tried the Endurox for recovery, but found it really sweet.  Also find Gatorade too sweet.  Do like Accelerade and do like Nuun.

I use Carbo Pro mixed with Nuun for workouts and Endurox for recovery. Endurox Lime is the only way to go. The chocolate and fruit punch are disgusting.

Perpetuem has been the only long-burn fuel my stomach can take.  It's gotten me through several 7 hour days and one ironman distance race.
Perpetuem tastes like mud, but does what it advertises.  Clean fuel.

Infinit and nothing else! You mix it to include what you want and nothing you don't want. Plus you can have as much or as little flavour as you want too!

InfinIt on the bike, Gatorade Endurance on the run for me.  Perp doesnt cut it for me taste wise on a long day and like how I can adjust sodium on the InfinIt formula.

Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem - low sugar = even energy. It took me over 2 years to figure out the sugary nutrition drinks, bars, gels, and blocks were really messing with my stomach. No issues at all after switching to Hammer!!

I use Hammer products almost exclusively. Long days get perpetum shorter days geed Heed. I agree that Perpetum can be a little less than flavorful so I mix it with a few ounces of Gatorade. (I know hammer would never approve) I find the better flavor really helps me drink more consistently. Very gentle on my sensitive stomach.

My prefered drink is Rum & Coke...but gatorade is my simple plan.  THinking about Nuun though after reading everyone's thoughts on it, I like the no sticky!

Perpetum for sure on any days longer than a couple of hrs (as per the product label incidentally). HEED for the short days. Little did I know the corn syrup/sugar in the gatorade tastes great, but was the reason I always had problems with the stomach.

Not sure if there is a category for recovery fuels - but Recoverite also from Hammer has made a HUGE difference for me this year.. Feel relatively great the next day after a long workout or race - of course, before that my post race nutrition pretty much as horrible.. so I'm sure it's that too.

Accelerade. I can only drink the Citrus flavor due to taste. Also at 2 for $3 at Publix its a good value.

x3 Great because of what it doesn't have, no strange colors, heavy flavors or sugar.  Simply the best option for fluid and electrolyte replacement, plus the tabs are great because they are portable.

Was going to try some Infinit this season, but after some marketing guy there signed up to spam another message board I'm on, well I'll probably be sticking with Cytomax and Hammer products.
