Do you guys know of a good coach in the San Francisco East Bay? Also what are the rates?

where at in the east bay. There is 2realbikes in brentwood. We have a triclub and troy is a certified coach i believe.

I know that Tracy Guymon at Fleet Feet Pleasant Hill does triathlon coaching, both in groups and individually.

If you can get to San Francisco, you might also want to consider the SF YMCA Tri-Club or the Golden Gate Tri-Club, which has links to coaches at:

I have always found it funny that we in the SF bay area, call ourselves Norcal...when in reallity we are central Cal...but for most of the world...Socal is LA and SD  and Norcal is anything from Morgan hill on up...
