had cereal for breakfast, and a protein bar an hour before race.
Event warmup:

jogged around parking lot a bit to warm up, used the restroom

goal was to run it in under 30min, so was very happy, pushed hard at the end, slight side ache, winded, but not bad

good race, maybe push a bit more earlier
