Subject: time to go nuts.
after wha was an absolute crap week, with this energy sapping bug and the heat in the kitchen getting over 60(thats celcius none of that pusst farenheit that needs to be like 100+c to get an answer or what ever the conversion was i know its c*n/z or whatever but its a sill large number. 25 - 30 is a nice warm day not sub artic tempreature) then the girlfriend calling 4 years to an abrupt end......... (i should swear alot here but im a big boy now)

Going to take out frustration S,B,R style got some new and comfy running shoes properly fitted and set for my over pronated feet (im not joking over is a slight understatement) some new running shorts some summer wear and new bathers im ready to impress all the ladys down the beach (not realy just saying it to look tough) just going to train may arse off and enjoy a healyh single me.... now wheres her phone number gone....

Things get better! It's good you have such and optimistic attitude. Keep it up! Just think...now you can start dating a TRIATHLETE!! What's hotter than that?!?! =)

Running shoes were a great investment! Just keep running. (After moving in with my boyfriend of 4 years he decided I wasn't any fun....so what did I do the same thing...lots of running, biking, and swimming!!!!)
