Congrats to all who stuck with the challenge. I'm 3.5#s pounds away.
Getting to 25 might be tough by next week b/c I have a tri this weekend and need to carb up and taper somwhat but I'm pretty happy with the results overall.
I''m as light as I've been in almost two years and wanted to thank everyone on all the team that started and especially those that are still here 24 weeks later, as everyone has helped me get here.
25 weeks for a challenge is tough as are triathlete.
I'm glad that people took this up this challenge and opportunity to drop any unnecessary weight.
Again, congrats.

still here and holding at around 12 lbs lost. My realistic goal was only .5 lbs a week, so even though it was all lost early, I am still happy. Lots of ground to still make up as I do want to loose about anouther 20. Keep up the good work to all.

hey man I am still here too. Have lost 27lbs on this challenge. I seem to have hit a plateau about 4 weeks or so at 161-163, but that's still well down from where I started: 189.

Brian thanks for setting this up. Its been a good thing. Good luck in your race man!

I am going to weigh in here last time next week, but am continuing on over in the 10lbs in 5 weeks challenge. I want to see if I can get past this 161-3 wall.

Take it easy everyone!!!

Congratulations to all of you for sticking it out. Thanks for getting us started Brian. It was something I definitely needed. I'm up a pound this week, so one more week to work on it.

The bad news...which for me isn't really all that bad. I am down 15 pounds, not the 25 I wanted, but I'll take it.

The good news....I now know why it's been difficult the last couple of weeks...the reason will appear early next year. Yes, #3 is on the way. So I'll be up for another challenge in a few months!!

We are done...and I am sad (I think I am going to continue writing my weight down every week as a motivator)

29 lbs or 12% gone (still a ways to go but I could not be happier)

Congratulations to everyone who made it this long and I hope it contiues as well.

I wanted to send out another thanks and congrats to everyone that participated in the challenge. I was not sure what to expect when I started this post. At the time, January 2nd, I was as heavy as I ever was and needed something to kick me in the behind; so more than anything else wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to everyone who responded.
I owe everyone a thank you...

For those that completed the challenge of losing 25#s, thats awesome. For those that didn't, including me, don't stop and make sure you get there. You signed on and sometimes it takes a little longer than planned. Don't get discouraged and stick to it.
The weigh loss and reaching that goal is inevitable, just hang on and don't let go, no matter how thin that thread is that you are holding onto.

Good Luck to all and be on the look out for new challenges to conquer as with that you will continually grow and improve...

Thanks again for setting this up - it has been a great help to me, although I have been busy over the past couple of weeks and unly just updated the spead sheet I'm delighted to find I've lost 35.5lbs since the start of the year which is 15% of my body weight. Now all I need is another challenge to keep me going!
