Subject: Mickey Mouse weigh-in, week 17 (12/31)

Holy cow!  This is the 17th week, one more to go!  How are you all doing?  I guess you have 7 more days to crash diet and make your goals.   LOL.  It appears I won't get down to 170 like I had hoped, but I got most of the way there, just the last 5-6 pounds in the way.  I think it will be easier to take that off once I get outdoors on the bike and am able to put in extra mileage.

In the meantime...Happy New Year to everyone!

Stuck at 197 still.  Oh well, guess I shouldn't get too bummed about not losing very much weight over the holiday season...

I ended the year at 146.. up a total of 3 lbs from my starting weight.

Checking in late here. I'm up a couple pounds 192.5 on Monday.

I wasn't very good over the Xmas holiday. Sugar was up a bit, too.
