Went to the pool on the way to work - Water heater was off all weekend so water was sub-70'. Jumped in anyways, did 15.5 mins and bailed. WIMP!

Now feeling remorse for ending the year on that note so unscheduled run before guests come over. Not interested in having the karma-gods frown on me.

I just got back from an 8 miler and it was one of the best runs I have had in quite some time. I felt great the whole time.

If I was really anal, I would get to the pool for about 1300 yards so that I could hit 175,000 yards on the season. Oh well....

I did an 8 miler this morning... Then when logging it I notice that if I would have ran .7 more I would have ended on a nice round 320 for the year. Son of a %$@!*&. Oh well... there is always next year right.
