Comments: this was everything I had. I feel good that I left nothing out there. I wanted to go sub :40 so this was real good. What would you do differently?: A bit easier first mile (6:57) and a bit more even, say 7:15 the entire time. Would not have improved time much though. Post race
Warm down: walked around a bit. drank water and ate a banana and then walked to the truck. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not much. Slick conditions in a couple of spots, particularly the 1st 200 and last 200 yards. Event comments: Fun little informal race. Last updated: 2007-12-06 12:00 AM
