Deep tissue. Spent too long on my upper body even though I was saying "it's my legs, my upper is fine" He insisted that my upper body was part of the problem. Result: my legs still feel like they need massage and my back is sore from the massage. I will not be going to LA sports massage again...they just don't listen. esp for $100

nice light run, getting better at guessing my HR.

Slight tightness in left knee, feels like it could be ITB soreness...will hit Motrin and foam roll next.

swam a straight 500 and a few Wu CD sets just to get BITS. Did 3 Underwaters afterwards, although before I was unable to do them. Funny how a month or so off from swimming you lose it. No big deal, stay run focused and gradual build it back on the swim.
