swam at Grant Ranch, 200 m warm up, 500 m swim

Felt panicky in the water.  Would swim out 50-75 meters then double back.  After catching breath and bobbing a little bit ready to swim, after about 15 minutes in the water took off for 250 meter bouy.  Rested at bouy and swam back to start point.  Siting better on the way back.  Part of that may have been sun glare.
