The run felt good except for my left thigh being a little sore at the end.  It seems to be more mental anymore than it is physical to keep going.  Looking forward to the race on Sunday.

I was told to go home early because of my birthday. So the run got moved from today to Thursday.
I upgraded my Injury to a 1 tonight. It is almost completely healed and is just a slight bit tender but it no longer bothers me running or walking.

Got in a short ride during nap time. I haven't ridden much and the seat is bothering me again. It will go away with enough time in the saddle. Maybe another ride on Thursday and then the race on Sunday.  Ran 4 miles on the treadmill tonight.  Both ankles were tight to start, Need More Stretching.  Ran the 1st 3 miles with small breaks for drink at each mile and then took a minute walk at mile 3.  I then increased the speed to a 9:30 pace until 3.9 miles and then up again to 9:06 for the finish.
