Streched the ITBand a lot and did some foam rolling too, damn we are weird to keep hurting ourselves like that ;)
After that I went outside to work on my yard a bit and to clean the pool, I am still hoping that one day it will be warm enough to swim in it :)

Ride to and from the pool. Took the mountain bike, too scared that someone would steal my roadie.

Since I was not working today and the weather was really nice I went for a ride with my wife.
My plan was to run an easy 5k but I just ran 3.5km finally, I felt the ITB pretty early during the run. I am not happy about it, I have my duathlon in three days and having ITB issues will just slow me down.
I was aiming some speed on that Du to start the season, dammit
