I am back from Timberman, really happy to have break my PR once again on the HIM distance. I can slowly but surely see the sub 5 coming eventually. 

Final time is 5:11:37, a 8 minutes PR once again! Can't ask for a lot more than that :)

The bike course was hillier than I though to be honest. But I had in mind to turn a really good split so I just pushed the pace.

The run was tougher today, first of all the run course was hillier than my last HIM which surely didn't help me have some good running splits. I was aiming for under 1h45 and after 15k I knew that I didn't have the legs to do it sadly. Next time ;)

152 meters of climbing, not that much but I can tell you that I felt all of those meters in my legs while climbing them :p

A quick easy run to move the legs. Not sure I will have time for an activation tomorrow so I went for a run today just to make sure.

Easy day today, I will eventually get out for a little run just to move the legs a bit. I have to wash the bike, pack my stuff and get ready for an early departure tomorrow morning!

Nice little swim to start the day, no one else wanted to swim open water so I went all by myself! I don't get it, personally I am not in a rush to get back in the pool AT ALL ... I just love to swim in the lake :)

Dammit it's weird to sleep that long. I guess my body needed it.

I will eventually head to the lake for an easy 45 min swim!

For the next three days I will be eating like three, trying to get the carbs in for Sunday's race :)
