There we go, the long run is done :D It was not an easy day, I didn't feel like doing any speed work at all and I had some on the plan.

I started running and realized that my back would give me a hard time today, so I decided to just run it easy instead of pushing the pace. I really think it was a good idea because my back did hurt the entire run which is not that fun.

Now I gotta nurse that back for the next two week to get back like if I was 20 ;)

Long run, well kinda long, I decided to do it without the speedwork that was on plan since I woke up with some hip pain. I think it was a good idea, but even without the speed I could feel some pain here and there.

Ice and stretch time now and an easy day watching the Olympics ;)

A ride followed by a run. I am not happy this morning, I felt the hip right off the bed. I stretched it a lot and iced it. Lets hope this will be enough to do my 1h45 run after the bike. If not I will cut it down to what I can do and make sure to not injure myself.
