I was off 4 k at the cars. so probably around 38.
Up at 0330 to get to my friends, jeep blew up at his place. Swear, jump in his car, drive to the other 2, get the aid bags into the proper vehicle. Drive car to mid station, then to the start of the knee knacker. I am sad to say that I started to hurt pretty much right away and it went downhill from there. My knees are sore, my Achilles tendon is sore on the right side, the ankle rolled too much and I was pissed off. Past grouse grind up to the BP to the a few k, then I turned around and went back to car. JUmped in car drove to Deep Cove. After I got there, I decided that I should loosen up a bit more. I ran up to meet the boys. I paced my friend in as he ran out of food and water and we did great!
