As soon as I got out of the water, my heart wouldn't stop beating fast. I got queasy and super thirsty. I guess it's too soon for even a little speed work in the pool. dammit.

Got a new scale, I'm 2 pounds heavier and 10% more fatty on this one. Hmm...

Also, I've been drinking every day since IMAZ. Anyone else?
