I brought my bike gear in to ride at lunch, but the wind is howling and there's a minor dust storm on.

LA fitness shut down the outdoor pool I've swam in for 8 years. I had to swim inside.

Took the climbs hard and the descents/flats easy.

It just occurred to me that Leap Day is a rip-off for salaried workers. I'm working today for free. If I was hourly, I'd be getting paid for today. If I was mega-rich, living off interest from my wealth, I'd be making money today. However, I make the same amount every year, no matter the number of days in the year.

Found a pretty nice trail near the house to run on, Reach 11. It's super flat though.

I missed 1 swim and 1 run this week thanks to an attack of gouty arthritis Thursday night. I'm back on track, but I need to get some meds to prevent these attacks.
