Had some odd weakness yesterday, couldn't stand up without getting really light headed. Pulse was 40 and BP was low. I ate some salty snacks and took it easy.
Meanwhile my yard was white with sleet/hail/something:

Crowded day at the pool. Spring break, so there were lots of college girls swimming. Not a bad day. I circle swam for the first time in a while.

I should start doing 100s on 1:45. That 1:50 was a bit too much rest. /flex
This was a complete nightmare for reasons:
1. The run was at mid-day, and it was warmer than I expected.
2. I should have brought water.
3. The hills were hillier than I expected.
4. I ate cereal, a banana, an egg & cheese burrito, candy, and coffee just before the run.
I thought I was going to puke during the 3rd interval, so I had to slow down.
