Since I missed Tuesday due to life getting in the way - I pushed Tuesday's run to Wed and was going to skip Wed's bike. Legs were a bit sore tonight so I decided to bike and skip today's 2 mile run. Friend wanted me to try to up my bike on the trainer from 30 to 45 min. After 30 min the sun had started to go down and wasn't so hot and I was egging to run. So bike, run, bike brick was born.

30 min bike, 2 mile run, 15 min bike and I am caught up on workouts for this week. Will bike tomorrow, run 5.5 on Saturday and then travel and rest on Sunday (maybe a walk will see). I would be stoked to do 5.5 at 10:30 pace this weekend. Would be nice to break an hour. :)

Not sure where that came from. This was to be 3 but crashed and burned (too fast maybe HA!) at 2. Took a bit of a break and made sure lunch stayed down and went back out and finished.

3 mile run makeup from yesterday and a trainer ride if time.

Life got in the way - found out I am going to Anchorage on Sunday for another 2 weeks. So I spent my running time making reservations and eating dinner at almost 8pm. In at work tonight at 1am so I choose sleep for a couple hours (another call came to me) before work instead of run. Will make it up tomorrow.

5.5 miles with Mary - she hasn't run more than 3 so we took the first 3.15 slower. Picked up the pace a bit on the last part but not much. :| But it was 77* when we started, 80 when we finished at 8am. 70% humidity. Felt good the entire way. 5.5 next weekend - will push it a bit more.
