Super easy ride with a friend. Just out to stretch the legs and get sometime in on the saddle before the race.

The original plan called for 6 miles. I just wanted to get something easy in. However after 6 miles I felt great and thought I could get at least a couple more in. About 7-7.5 my knees and right foot starting to have some discomfort so I just called it at 8. I had plenty of more gas to speed it up or keep going.

I hope I didn't over do it too much. :)
