nice casual run. just enjoying the day.

great time trial week. my fitness goals are 4:00 swim (300y), 42:00 bike (13mi), and 22:00 run (5k). my first race 5th place avg is 5:40 swim, 42:06 bike, and 24:26 run ( same distance as stated above). This weeks stats are 4:33 swim,  42:26 bike and 22:00 run. So as for my goals I'm only off by :59 sec. as for my 1st race 5th place avg's I am ahead of the mark by 3:12 sec. If i can shave the :59 sec from my goal I will be 4:11  ahead of the mark on the race avg. I'm hoping for a good 1st race to put my season on a good note.
