k I know my # are off but here it is I rode 11.65 mi outside in 35 min giving me that pace but I rode the rest of it on my trainer inside the winds were harsh and the rain was even worse. The weather wants to be my friend so I must embrace it.

not bad ride outside probh should not have done it the winds were bad but hey where else can you ride a 14.5 5.5 mile and then ride the last 6 miles in 25 min did avg 17:14 though. Also rode on the big ring on my trainer trying to get a hold of the big ring.

really good day!!! Did some drills and swam 1200 straight in 19:01 I'm only 600 short of where I want to be. I'd like to do 1.2 miles in 30 mins. nice goal we will see.

Did my drill set consisting of 3x100 pull and 2x50 Kick. then did 300,400,500 times were 500 in 8:28, 400 in 6:30 and 300 in 4:39. I did do a final 100 in 1:25 just to apply what I had focused on my pull and kick.
