1st Tri of the season. I did really well 1:04.1 10th overall and 1st Age/group (45-49) My 1st top 10 and my 1st age/group win.

Rest day!!! It is time to think about tommorow and reflect on my goals. I havent posted my goals but here they are: My target goal is 1:00.0 I know it is lofty but attiainable if I have a good day. Realistic goal is 1:03.0 I think I can do this it would require me to go 4:30 swim, :30 t1, 35:00 on the bike, :30 t2, and 22:00 Run. That would be 1:02.5 if I make no mistakes that would be Ideal. This would give me a 6:00 decrease from last year. I have trained hard, I have done all the work. Now it is time to go. May the Lord go with me and show me favor.

new workout routine. I think i like it. Just need to be consistant with it now.

Wow who would think all my training and diet woluld work. I have made alot of progress since starting this journey. Starting with my weight. I started at 215LBS and now I am holding 174.5 and hoping to be at 165 for mattoon. also I just learned I have went from 21.3 to 19.6 with my body fat %. I have lost1.7% in just 1 week. Oh yeah feeling like a Monster!!!!! I mighrt not be the strongest or the fastest or the most talented but nobody will out work me and I deserve all that I get good or bad. Cuz even in bad moment I have good thing comes out of the experience. Sorry just felt like ranting today.

I worked with  Sonny tonight on transistions and then did a mini brick. We didnt have alot of time but we did get 4 transisitions and then  Sonny wanted to try my hill climb. We got half way thur and then he decided we neede to turn back. oh well better luck next time. He did get to experience what bricks feel like on the run. I hope he does well on sunday.
