Lifefitness bike at work gym. 15 min wu at 185 watts, then 10 min set alternating between 205 and 245 watts for 1 min each. Then 15 min cd at 185. Kept cadence between 85-90.
Last local ride here in the Point community. Climbed a couple of good hills but mostly kept HR at 120ish. Nice crisp afternoon for final tune up before next weekend. Two bottles of Heed, 2 S-caps (for practice).
