Went to Blue Springs (via Holmesville) then a few miles down the Liberty Road and back. Originally planned for 40 miles but the turnaround was on top of Kenny Hill. I wanted to go down and then back up it really bad. So I did.

A 10 mile run is planned for tommorrow. I'm going to take this one slow and easy. My legs are sore and tired. Plus, I have a 5 mile race in Marysville on Sunday.

If anyone wants to run in the race--5 miles is $15 and the 1 & 2 mile races are only $5.
