passed on the $10 swim at the Y. will swim tomorrow once i am home. i have to say, san diego is an active community. the # of bikers in runners (especially after work) is insane. i still prefer austin anyday!

all 400s were under 5:30. wanted to do 6 but could feel dinner coming up slowly. swam at the Y in san diego. its a 25m pool which i could tell was a bit longer than 25yd. the outdoor pool is also heated so i swam under the moon. it was sweet!

took carson to the rodeo today for her birthday. had fun and got kicked in the balls by a sheep in the petting zoo. it kicked me so hard i almost puked.

college basketball is killing me. i was up past midnight the last 2 nights watching games. lastnight i watched uconn and syracuse play 6OTs for a total of 4hrs. it was worth it put meanwhile the swimming is suffering.
