So tired, and nightmares every night for the last few nights. No idea what's going on in my brain.

I packed my running stuff and am going to get my speed workout down on the treadmill at work before heading home. No excuses.

Overslept and STILL felt exhausted. No idea why. No real time to get a workout in before we needed to head out to look at open houses. It looks like I will need to start setting an alarm on the weekends to make sure I get things done before our appointments.
