The bike didn't happen yesterday, but that's okay. It is a brand new month, and there is a green square coming up quick. How did that happen?! Tough day after a rough night. I packed my running things so I can run on the way home, which should be nice.

I may be coming up for air. I feel like it has only been a few minutes, but it looks like August is already over. I don't want to say I'm feeling good yet, but I'm having an okay day. Stay focused. One day at a time, then see the doctor in a couple weeks and start getting things sorted out. Breathe.
Also, biking tonight. On the trainer, because cars are terrifying. Goal for next season - start riding with one of the bike shop groups. They have to be nice....they like to ride bikes!
