This morning walking to the car it felt so lovely out. Can't wait for 5k training to start on Monday! New PR on the horizon, I can feel it!

Leaning towards Veterans Day 5k. Hoping to get a new PR for the 5k distance. Then 6 weeks of off season and back at tri training heading into the New Year.
Alternatively, I could take a bit of time off now, and then do some Frosty 5k races in December. I think while waiting for meds to start doing their thing, running would be a good thing. Hence the leaning towards Veterans Day. Plus, December weather can be weird.

Back to work after a nice long weekend. Buried! I was hoping to get my race report done during downtime, but that may have to wait. Ready to start scheming for fall running. :)
