We both agreed that while we like Peter's workouts, they are a bit....samey. Same intervals, even to the same songs a lot of the time. Going to look ahead on the schedule for next week and see what other instructor will take my fancy. Gotta keep it fresh!

It started out so cold, but within 15 minutes I was way overheated. I'm really terrible about running slowly enough. I run too fast and then have to walk. I really need to get better about actually slowing the running part down so I can run for longer periods of time.
