Wow. What an indcreadible run. I was very well prepared for this run. Nutrition was perfect, hydrated really well. At the end of each 4 or 5 mile lap/loop I would drink about 10oz of gatoraid. Started pushing the pace at around mile 18 and hammered out the last 5 miles at 6:58 averager per...

So excited about how well this run went after such a big mileage weekend.
