Good results today. Really haven't been doing much speed work lately and I'm happy with my results. Finished 2nd in my AG, 22nd overall out of 1326.

More importantly, my finance Kristen, completed the race (her first running race ever!), in 2:30hrs. Very proud of her.

Helped put on the inaugural AnyOne's Tri today.  Its an indoor event and it went pretty well.  We didn't have as many people as I would have liked, but not bad for the first one.  We'll be doing another one next month on March 18th at the Nashua YMCA.  We should get more people for that one.
