Went out Chuckanut Drive to Cook road and then over to Samish Island (time slowed down, while sight seeing houses and seaview) Got rained on the return trip by Lake Samish.

AM run of 3 laps around Lake Padden. First lap legs were very stiff. Second lap seemed ok. and final lap, upped the pace some to get home in time to get ready for work and log this in. Dressing and typing at the same time.

Weight is up, last nite had two bagel turkey and cream cheese sandwiches.
