Morning run from Village Green to top of Blvd trail and back. Hips were tight at first from yesterdays ride.

Afternoon swim:
1000 wu 20:07, (didn't plan it, suppose to be 500, but it felt so good, so I kept going.
5 x 200 (3:53, 3:58{tried 4 stroke breathing}, 3:52, 3:56, 3:44) Last one I got angry, 3 other lanes were open and some lady ask If I would share. Swim team time block was almost there, and she was a plodder swimmer (not that there is anything wrong with that.)

I grabbed the rope side of the lane and let the plodder women have the wall. Good practice, because the kid in the next lane over was doing the butterfly and I was getting some nifty swells.

Started to get cramps in the calves doing some 50yarders.

First 20 miles was in 69 minutes, but than I found a new climb on Bow Hill Road. (5mph grind) Than the cool headwinds hit coming in from the bay. Had wheel shimmy going down a hill with the wind grabbing at the front wheel. Spent 15 minutes on Chuckanut Drive going 12mph with a side wind trying to push me into the ditch (full of brackish water-dairy manure). Finally got back to Lake Samish and back home. Last third of ride was strong.
