1 hour on the trainer watching the last quarter of the NBA game.
Going nuts not doing anything, supposed to be a self imposed rest day for the leg...Have to do something to burn weight..

Early Morning, Walked the dog at Lake Padden. Did some test 30 second runs and ran twice up hill by the bridge. Not to much discomfort going up, coming down, was noticeable.

Looking at a doctor visit and possible a PT visit on Friday to figure out the leg issue.????

Rode out to Lake Samish and did two loops. Tried to keep it a non strain ride, but at 18 miles or so, hamstring started to feel irritated.
Iced it at home. Will try to day to see the Physical Therapist or at least get an appointment for the next day to so.

Cool wet weather, stayed inside watching the Indy 500 and rode the trainer. Hamstring felt ok up to the last 5 minutes. Had done yard work earlier.

Ran from Vet Clinic to Larrabee Park parking lot. Cool, damp, drizzle day. Everything felt very good till about 45 minutes, Right Hamstring started to get achey...The ache came and went. Didn't really impede the running form. Although I kept my mind on it.
Icing it as I type.
Weight was 203.5 on wakeup, had a banana and clif bar and weight after run was 202.5. Will go back up when I finish drinking some zippfizz and going off to get my Friday Pizza.
Tomorrow is a rest day, but will be at work and on feet all day. Should I do some stretching on the Ham?
Hopefully Sunday weather is nice. Plan on easy long ride....
Just can't figure out the ache. Not a pull and not a cramp...strange.
