OWS in Lake Padden. First lap out was slow and did a few stops trying to get the feel again. The other short laps out and back were steady pace....But it always comes back to my mind....2.4 miles....
Water was cool. But with wetsuit, I felt fine.

Early morning run around lake padden. fog shrouded lake. Saw two people swimming in Wetsuits. I felt envy and guilt.
New work schedule just for the month of June. Have to work today . Have Tues/Wed off. Hopefully the weather clears up and maybe ride the bike after work.
Ordered new Asics 2110s, get them Wed. Not sure if I'll use them or not.
Also got a new Timex HRM. Not sure of the nomenclature, $70 model.
Not worried about loosing my Clydesdale status. I can pig out on a moments notice.

17 days to IMCDA. Early morning run around lake padden. Felt chest heavy/congestion. Maybe from sleeping with window open? No problem/feeling with Hamstring on run especially nothing felt on downhills. BIG SMILE.

Still tender to touch in areas where the PT manipulated the knots.

Probably a swim this afternoon.
