55 degrees, 94% humidity. Early morning run at 6:15. Ham was ok, just an ache on downhills, but second lap around lake padden, didn't feel anything. Normal other little aches.

Went to PT an hour later after swim and the PT work on some knots in my hamstring/fascia/bicep femoris area. Verrrry Innnnteresting.

1 Hour on the trainer. Rain and cool outside. Lots of stretching.

Rest day/at work all day.  PT visit was informative yesterday.  Tight ITBs.  Got some stretching hints and some electro therapy.   Hamstring feels better.

Oh yeah, Forgot about an important anniversary.  1 June 2002.  Stopped Smoking.

10 x 100 (25 scorching, 25 recover, 25 scorching, 25 recover). Had large senior aerobic class going on, which created some nice swells in my lane.

Went to Docs office before the swim. Not really any help on figuring out what happened. but signed off on going to PT. BP was 120 over 80. Pulse was 60. Gave a blood sample to check my cholesterol level.

Got home and logged my swim info in. Dog came up to me with his puppy dog eyes and stared at me till I said Uncle. Went up to Sehome Arboretium and did a 2 mile walk. Of course, he found water/mud holes. Nice walk for me and the hamstring. And dog is still my best buddy.

1 hour on the trainer watching the last quarter of the NBA game.
Going nuts not doing anything, supposed to be a self imposed rest day for the leg...Have to do something to burn weight..

Early Morning, Walked the dog at Lake Padden. Did some test 30 second runs and ran twice up hill by the bridge. Not to much discomfort going up, coming down, was noticeable.
