run up to the trail head then up to Samish and then downhill to home. day 23
Got the first 2.5 done running up Bill Mac and to 21st street. Took it easy on the steep downhill and went all the way down Mill. Than the humidity caught up to me. Walked most of the last two miles except for some short runs. Day 22
